This week staking summary showing next week dates

Bug Description:
On Sunday Sept 26th, the "this week" staking summary is showing 0.00 x42 and the dates for the next week Monday 27th - Oct 3rd

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. On a Sunday go to staking summary tab
2. Notice that you show 0.00 x42 in the total for this week.
3. Click on the this week expander to expand the section to see all the dates within the week.
4. Notice that the week starts on Monday. So the current day, Sunday, is not included in "this week"

The "This week" filter should not roll over to the next week until Monday as the first day of the week
