Go License File Match

Hi @xeipuuv, the project that I am working on validates license files using go-licenses. This project searches for license files using a specific regular expression, found here: https://github.com/google/go-licenses/blob/ce1d9163b77d8eab53ba87e675dc78bb60251420/licenses/find.go#L26.

Unfortunately, the name LICENSE-APACHE-2.0.txt doesn't correspond to the expected format for go-licenses. Is there anyway you would be willing to update this library and github.com/xeipuuv/gojsonpointer to have the name LICENSE.APACHE-2.0.txt? That would match the expected name format
