duration shouldn't underline on hoverstate

I know this is a desktop thing, but I do tend to use this on my desktop. 

If we put the anchor text in a span, we could target it so that only that span has the underline treatment on over, and not the entire anchor. Or alternatively I guess it would be easier if you just targeted

li > a > small:hover
and removed any text decoration?
