When I was reading the manuscript, I was unsure if there were any typos in Equation 2.

At the first step, if i=1 and j=1, lw=lh=2, so the range of p is from 1*2+1=3 to (1+1)*2=4, and q is also from 3 to 4. But I think p and q should be like 00, 01, 10, 11. That means the range of p and q at the first step is from 0 to 1.
So I think the range of p may be from ilw to ilw+lw-1. Also, the range of q may be jlh to jlh+lh-1.
I'm not sure if my opinion is correct. Thanks for your help.
