Re-add activateParents

At one point, there was an activateParents function, which seem to have vanished. Is there any plan to bring this back?

In what case do you need this function and in which widget, of course we can add it if necessary.

It used to be in Nav, but I believe the most logical place for it now might be Dropdown: if one of the items is active, have the parent also active.
