Set time programmatically and get time diff?

Is it somehow possible to set the times? For example if the user last entered 12:50 and 13:30, and I saved those numbers. Could I make it so the time viewer takes a start and stop time and sets them?

And also, is it possible to get timed ifferens?

Hello, thank you for your praise, this is my amateur time to do a simple project, so there is not much added functionality at present, there is no more support, and so on for extra time and may be updated.
