Add regular deployment trigger

When #76 added, changes to the schema will not automatically trigger a GitHub Pages deployment here. Instead of doing something crazy complicated cross-repo that no one will want to maintain, we can just set up a regular release cadence. (Weekly or monthly or whatever)
