@zerodev/weighted-ecdsa-validator is not up to date in NPM registry

The latest NPM version 5.4.4 does not include latest changes re Kernel version support. I'm trying to use Kernel 0.3.3, but the latest published package only lets me use 0.3.1. I can obviously patch the package in my project, but this is not ideal
