Infinite Fluid Glitch

Describe the issue
While troubleshooting/testing out a mixing station, one of the bottlers hooked up to a basin infinitely inserts a composite package into the basin

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Place a bottler next to a fluid storage block (tank, basin, etc.)
2. Place a funnel feeding into the bottler
3. Place a composite package in front of the funnel, and it will fill infinitely
