Updated the axios dependency to version ^1.15.2 in the feedback-service and search-service packages. Additionally, introduced npm overrides for axios to ^1.15.2 in the root, api-catalog-service, and home-spa package.json files. This change ensures a consistent and up-to-date version of axios is resolved throughout the entire monorepo, which helps mitigate potential dependency conflicts and security vulnerabilities.
