Terraform v1.0.0 support (w/ fixes and CI testing)

• AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'groupdict' #86
• Unexpected identifier TF #69
• Error: Unsuitable value type #91

• Added python-hcl2, support for HCL 2
• Added support for Terraform v1.0.0 and backwards compatibility
• Added a Terratest-capable feature to be CI-ingrated so its dockerfile build can be test automatically

Since the maintainer has been AFK for quite some time, I will also create a separate Docker container for those who want to run it without having to deal with the hassle for building and applying the fixes. Hang on. My repository can be found here.

I recommend splitting off (while still giving credit to the original) so you are no longer just a fork of this repository. This way yoru fork is more discoverable, can track issues and has the search feature on github. Otherwise it just appears as one of the many forks (in varying states) of this project. It would be awesome if you updated the Readme so that it mentions your docker image.
