Summary
TDD 환경 구축과 TDD에 필요한 pkg를 설정하고 기획 및 계획한 PR이다. 특히, Turbo에 대한 개념과 생태계를 학습했으며, 이를 통해서 Turbo의 오해와 개념을 정리 할 수 있었다. 더불어서 TDD를 테스트할 수 있는 개발 환경을 구축했고 Mock API를 기반으로 간단하게 구축하고 TDD를 학습할 예정이다.
