While I've not disabled IPv6 I noticed that some domain names being hit on their v6 address were not resolving (looking at you pecl.php.net you ancient beast). This seemed to resolve that issue for the time being. To be further researched..

I was initially looking at Borgmatic but that doesn't support backing up to RClone remotes yet while Restic does.
I'll be configuring BTRFS to create snapshots of the FS and then will use Restic to handle backing up snapshots, docker volumes and other relevant stateful data in my home directory.
