WIP: Docker container implementation

• Docker containers for MySQL, ABCD with Apache+PHP, EmpWeb with Jetty
• Updated EmpWeb MySQL driver to 5.1
• Cleaned up JSP cache files and log files from the repository
• Fixed a minor typo/bug in PHP code

Commit fix typo:This is indeed a typo. But this code part will disappear very soon (e.g. next week). So this may give rise to merging problems. May be wise to remove this commit/code improvement from this pull request as it is not related to docker.
