• Delete hyp3-jth-sandbox CF stack, GH env, etc.
• API endpoint
• S3 endpoint

• Run sample jobs, confirm succeed and can download files: https://hyp3-edc-sandbox.asf.alaska.edu/jobs?user_id=jtherrmann&name=first-sample
