Various bug-fixes and improvements to annotations rendering and Wacom stylus interaction
This merge updates to the current state of the DNEG internal repo, adding in work carried out in December 2025 and January 2026.
These changes have been tested with DNEG user base on Linux (Rocky 8) platform, with some testing on Windows11 and MacOS (ARM).
