Pull request overview
This PR removes the student enrollment and completion count columns from the microcourses table in the documentation.
Changes:
- Removed "Students" and "Completions" columns from the course listing table
- Removed span elements with dynamic count IDs from table rows

- The fetch_student_count.js script is still being loaded but is no longer used since the student and completion count elements have been removed from the table. This script reference should be removed to avoid unnecessary network requests and reduce page load overhead.

Markdown table rows have trailing pipes after the last column. While this may render correctly in some parsers, the standard Markdown table format should not include trailing pipes. Remove the trailing pipe character from the end of each row.
