The Odoo/Redmine landing plan is durable (it's the ERP/planning companion todocs/OGAR-TRANSPILE-SUBSTRATE.md, which references it), so it's relocated todocs/ODOO-REDMINE-OPENPROJECT-LANDING.mdand removed from.claude/handovers/. Header reframed from session-handover to durable landing plan.Doc move only.
