Feat(frontend): Adding a Confirm Delete component to the Sidebar

Summary

• Added a ConfirmDialog component to replace the native delete confirmation dialog.
• Improved the project deletion UI by displaying the dialog in the center of the page.
• Center-aligned the delete confirmation button for a cleaner user experience.
