Removing in AMMR4 is a good idea because the older plugins will not work correctly, if at all, for AMMR4. They must be replaced later

This PR removes the two plugins based on the older plugin platform:
They will be replaced by new "Studio Extensions" in AMS 9.0 (which will ship with AMMR 4).
The documentation has been updated accordingly, and new extensions will be added based on the newly introduced
AnyAppExtensionStudioclass.
