Based on the Firefox-4.yml script in https://github.com/AppImageCommunity/pkg2appimage, creates an Appimage for Thunderbird.

I modified one of the recipes to make one that makes an Appimage for Thunderbird. I'm not sure if it's the most efficient or not, but figured I would send it your way in case you think it's worth including.
