Adds the minutes for the 1st meeting (08 Mar 2026) of the scientific initiation group for the chess-playing robot. Documents decisions and discussions on OpenCV/Stockfish integration, SCARA arm CAD and modifications, simulation and 3D printing, embedded hardware benchmarks (Raspberry/BananaPi), system architecture, iterative planning, role distribution, QA/CI and publication goals. Includes concrete action items (benchmarks, OpenCV setup in C/C++ for embedded, prototype integration, CAD adjustments, QA procedures, budgeting) and lists the document owner (Joao Augusto Vieira Ramalho).
