feat: upload pdf

Explanation

Leave functional pdf button, currently it is not uploading, take these details into account.

• Change upload icon (does not have the correct one)
• Once the pdf uploads, leave the option to edit and download

✔️ It has been verified when uploading, you see the file name, save is given and it works fine, after exiting and entering the event again it can be downloaded, the only thing I see is that the upload and download icons are inverted up with arrow up up, and download with the icon facing down.

It does not allow me to see the file once I exit the application, that is, I exit the event, go to another section or close the section, when I return to the same event, there is no file even after saving it.
