The RRULE was changed from "FREQ=MONTHLY;COUNT=12;BYDAY=WE;BYSETPOS=3" to "FREQ=MONTHLY;BYDAY=WE;BYSETPOS=3", removing the COUNT=12 limitation. This means the calendar event will now recur indefinitely instead of for only 12 months. While this may be intentional (as suggested by the PR title mentioning "recurrence issue"), verify this is the desired behavior. Without the COUNT parameter, users who subscribe to this calendar will receive recurring events indefinitely into the future.
