Overview/Summary

Updating module owner for avm-ptn-subnets-nsgs-routes module.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

Breaking Changes

As part of this Pull Request I have

I have a feeling these are in alphabetical order by the ModuleName. I expect Mate will want to retain that.

Thanks @jaredfholgate for point this out. @chinthakaru for the sake of consistence, whenever possible, please always order the list alphabetically. Just use the order feature in the main Excel file before exporting the change to the CSV. Thanks!

Note however, that the shortcodes the AVM website uses order all lists before rendering them on the website.
