Syncs eng/common with the corresponding updates from azure-sdk-tools (PR 14344) by adding a utility script to render APIView token JSON into a markdown code block, supporting easier viewing/consumption of APIView outputs.
Changes:
- Add
Export-APIViewMarkdown.ps1to convert APIView token JSON (tree-style) into a fenced markdown file. - Implement recursive rendering of
ReviewLines/Childrenwith indentation and token spacing handling.
