- Added SCIM_Update_Manager_Test to validate add, update, and remove operations for the manager attribute through SCIM PATCH. Test is skipped when the manager attribute is not present in the target schema.
- Updated SCIM user creation flow to include externalId only when the target schema supports it.
- Generalized extension attribute handling to support custom SCIM extension namespaces instead of relying on hardcoded Enterprise User extension URNs.
Updates the Standard Logic App workflow templates and supporting documentation from the approved `logic-app-changes` export. - Refreshes Initialization, Orchestrator, SCIMTests, and UserTests workflows - Updates Orchestrator parameters - Updates Standard Logic App setup and onboarding documentation - Bumps StandardLogicApp VERSION from 7.0 to 8.0 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
