chore: archive openspec changes for #242 #243

[BANANASJIM]

Both openspec change directories have been archived following their merged PRs: 2026-06-09-depth-export-consistency (PR #242, depth export consistency fixes) and 2026-06-09-discover-test-isolation (PR #243, discover command test isolation) have shipped and merged into master, so their specs are moved to openspec/changes/archive/ per the project convention.
