Allow users to access the powerBI dashboard from the vaccine module

Changes

  • Add menu entry
  • Add PerformanceDashboard component that redirects to the powerBI dashboard (iaso embedded link page)
  • Add basic failsafe layout inspired from PageError

How to test

  • Go to the menu entry: it should redirect to the dashboard (the dashboard access is limited, so you just need to check the redirection)
  • failsafe: comment out the useEffect handling the redirection
