Releases 1.2.1 with version bumps across the plugin header, constants, package.json, block block.json files, WordPress.org metadata, and the Playground blueprint tag (ref 1.2.1).

The functional change is an example definition on blockparty/accordion in src/blockparty-accordion/block.json: a two-item accordion preview with firstItemOpenByDefault, summary labels, and paragraph content—so the block inserter can show a realistic preview.
