Good try but your R2 score for Manual linear regression is in negative so you definitely must have done some issue so correct it it will be in 80 something check that and correct it rest is looking fine.

Firstly, I sincerely apologize for my delayed response. I wanted to let you
know that I haven’t been able to address the issues you mentioned in my
assignment as I was out of station.
