Replace the previous fn so we don't move the TempDir out of TestWollet.
Preliminary change for testing the case where updates are merged by apply_update. We want clear separation between wollet instances. To achieve that we copy the entire update dir and use scopes to make sure a wollet starts from scratch and it's then removed. TestWollet never has merge_with_threshold so we try to keep it separated.
