Add workflow to process Narrative and maDMP dataset array

Fixes #262

• Updated example full maDMP (with DMP Tool extensions) sample file to include a complete narrative for the DCC default template
• Also updated dependencies and addressed some sec vulnerabilities
• Added versionedSection and versionedQuestion info to the versionedTemplate GraphQL query
• Added an addAnswer GraphQL mutation
• Added GraphQL query to fetch an Answer by Question
• Added missing dmpId to GraphQL mutation responses for Plans
• Added Answer model with functions to initialize one from an answer in the maDMP narrative as well as from a maDMP dataset entry
• Added a new narrativeWorkflow to handle the processing of both the narrative DMP Tool extension as well as the RDA Common Standard dataset array
