The problem is not the import statement, it is the fact that the http://resource.geosciml.org is not doing the correct redirects. |

I adjusted the THORS ontology so it imports/depends on OWL-Time directly several months ago, so don't need to use the version in the /w3c/ path any more. But the ontology URI is not redirecting properly, using HTTP headers. |

isc2019 and isc2020.ttl will open in Protege with this change. Needs review-- does this change the ontology that is actually imported? the gts: uris seem to resolve to the same resource..
