This PR will close #154, but this is only updates loader-utils from 1.2.3 to 1.4.2. The react-scripts is going to be updated (hopefully) on #169
Now we can run this with
node v12.22.12locally. We would need to update the config on Netlify to change the node version from 10.x to 12.x.
