This EVS release implements new modules and corrects some significant user reported issues.

New modules:

• export surface to raster: Allow direct export of any surface to GeoTiff with data for use in GIS and other software
• viewer to frame: Allow embedding an image of one viewer into a fixed overlay in a second viewer, in a manner compatible with sequences in CTWS files

Major issue:

• Fix issue where deleting a module or connection could cause EVS to hang indefinitely
