DEVOPS-846 Improve Paintroid docker image

• Changed base image to eclipse-temurin
• removed unnecessary apt packages
• install emulator as SDK package
• created helper scripts for complex jenkins pipeline stages and to test local builds

Why do we need to remove fastlane?

We don't really need fastlane, because this image is not used for publishing. So, i removed it to save space.
