TrustMesh PoC 1.0.0

This PoC demonstrates that TrustMesh can converge within a finite time and does not rely on the global view or global history.

The storage path of TrustMesh-PoC-Node is hard-coded as '/data', so the TrustMesh-PoC-Node binary program provided below cannot run directly on the physical machine. You can use Docker and Docker Compose.
