Fixes #39

This PR:

  • Creates an automated payout system for content creators
  • Implements platform fee/royalty calculation and handling
  • Implements batch payout for gas efficiency
  • Creates refund processing system with partial refund support
  • Implements refund request workflow with admin approval
  • Implements payout scheduling and history tracking
  • Include refund reason tracking and time limits
