20+ years delivering technology change across UK financial services: HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, Refinitiv/LSEG, Kobalt Music Group, Capgemini (HMRC), Sopra Steria (FCA).

I run programmes for a living. I build tooling because programmes deserve better than spreadsheets.

What I do

  • Programme & portfolio delivery — regulatory change, platform migration, vendor governance, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management
  • Delivery automation — Python tooling for FinOps reporting, portfolio dashboards, and the repetitive 20% of every PMO
