Added a pop Quiz guidelines:
This update enhances the README by including detailed guidelines for creating and formatting pop quizzes. These guidelines provide contributors with clear instructions on placement, structure, answer formatting, testing, and submission requirements for pop quizzes. An example of a correctly formatted pop quiz has also been added to improve clarity.
