This will ensure that the gem versions used are consistent.
This will avoid needing to be either root or sudo, and will better avoid having gems conflict with other projects.
This makes use of the homebrew package manager to install the latest version of ruby.

One thing I was thinking about @acant, I ran into an issue installing some of the jekyll gems, where I needed to be running I can't imagine we'd want to write about installing a version manager here 😅 |
