E.g. if you wanted to run a set of simulations of salt concentrations from 0.05 mol/L to 0.1 mol/L in increments of 0.005 mol/L at three repeats each with some arbitrary number of arrays (and other parameters) you should be able to do that without calling the setup script 30 times. Same with anaylsis.
