this package copies and swaps the bundled CSS for a skeleton + theme + palette

`--bs-*` custom properties the theme colors override are unchanged between
admin-lte 4.1.0 and 4.3.1. Dev: `orchestra/testbench` `^11.2`,
`larastan/larastan` `^3.10`.
