I think this could be released, I was waiting on these two: nikita-volkov/refined#75 But we could release and revise these version bounds later. |

This gets us a bit closer to a release. I have outstanding pull requests on refined and swagger2 so they're being pulled in from git currently.
Edit: I also don't know what's going on here, but that should be the last code problem I think.
