Add rating for Trace Memory
Revised a few game titles, and added Game & Watch Collection 1 and 2.
These games show an ESRB rating on startup, so they need to be removed to show the ratings once.

What's changed?
I did the following to the four
ESRB.inifiles:Added rating for Bookworm.
Added rating for Bubble Bobble Double Shot.
Added rating for Bubble Bobble Revolution.
Added rating for Plants vs. Zombies.
Fixed typo for Star Fox Command to show its correct name in the game title.
Fixed typo for Suikoden Tierkreis to show its correct name in the game title.
Where have you tested it?
Nintendo DSi XL (USA) with Unlaunch, TWiLight Menu++ release v27.24.1 (latest so far)
