Adds a new plugin to model the impact of pest infestation on corn plants. The plugin reduces the final harvest yield (`HWAM`) by a percentage specified in a `pest_severity` parameter in the configuration. The `sample.json` file has been updated to demonstrate how to enable and use this new plugin.
