Code Review
This is a massive pull request that refactors the entire repository structure, build tooling, and adds a significant amount of new functionality and tests. The move to a modular architecture with preconstruct and changesets is a great improvement for maintainability. The addition of comprehensive E2E tests is also a huge win. My review focuses on a few key areas to ensure code quality and maintainability, such as removing legacy configurations, avoiding magic numbers, and fixing potentially buggy code in newly added packages.
