This is needed if customer uses Business Events SDK which might throw interrupt
Generated ruby33 against the released tracer (2.39.0) and derived the other runtimes; picks up the new _dd.svc_src tag and full API Security schema tags on the aws.lambda span. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What does this PR do?
Adds last bits to go GA with dd-trace-rb with latest fixes and improvements for SLS support
Motivation
Part of APPSEC-68949 specifically APPSEC-68950 and will be used in Agentic Onboarding.
