What changed
Why
The dashboard did not provide a direct route back to the public portfolio, and the portfolio's CV action stayed disabled because its default URL was empty. Existing blank database values also overrode the default configuration.
Impact
Admins can return to the portfolio directly from the dashboard, and visitors can open the CV from the About section. A non-empty CV URL saved through admin settings still takes precedence.
